Education and Outreach
We love teaming up with schools, libraries, nonprofits, and community groups to bring the outdoors indoors—and inspire people to get curious about wild places. Our education and outreach projects range from engaging slide presentations on topics like caving, karst geology, outdoor leadership, and expedition planning, to custom workshops built around your audience’s needs. Whether you're running an environmental education program, planning a speaker series, or just want to spark some wilderness wonder in your community, we’re here for it. We’re always happy to collaborate with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to share knowledge, build connections, and get more people excited about the natural world, especially right here in Appalachia.
Caving Presentations
Our caving presentations take audiences deep underground—without anyone having to crawl through mud. Through stunning photos, wild stories of our new discoveries, and a healthy dose of underground science, we explore the hidden world beneath our feet: from the geology of karst systems to the history of exploration and the strange, beautiful creatures that call caves home. Whether it's a classroom, library, conference, or community center, we tailor each presentation to the audience—mixing adventure, education, and just the right amount of dirt. Perfect for students, outdoor clubs, or anyone who’s ever wondered what it’s like to squeeze into the dark and come out with a whole new perspective
